ETP-830 Powder Epoxy Resin

Overview
ETP-830 series powder epoxy resins provide superior coating quality for film capacitors, ceramic capacitors, MLCCs, and resistors. Available in all colors with UL 94V-0 certification.

Application Method
  • Under coating: WAX, EPOXY, or UV resin
  • Preheat: 100~120°C for 30 minutes in dry oven
  • Coating temperature: 100~130°C
  • Coating cycles: 3~4 times
  • Dipping time: 1~2 seconds
  • Curing: 100°C/2 hours or 120°C/1 hour
